English A circular released on 29 September 2026 outlines SD Guthrie’s proposed RM418.51 million sale of 556.96 acres of freehold land in Kulai, Johor, to a Sime Darby Property subsidiary.
The conditional agreement was signed on 11 August. Shareholders will vote on 15 October, with completion expected in the second quarter of 2027, subject to approvals and other conditions. This is a land transaction update, not a residential project launch.
