Report and release date: 23 September 2026 Coverage: Surveyed developers in Peninsular Malaysia
REHDA’s survey covered 181 member developers. Respondents launched 15,834 units and sold 5,260 in the first half of 2026. The take-up rate increased from 32.2% in the preceding six months to 33.2%. As at 30 June, 59% of respondents held completed, unsold residential units.
The findings describe the surveyed developers, not all Malaysian property transactions or the performance of individual Johor Bahru projects.
