EdgeProp reported that Sime Darby Property sold all 52 single-storey semi-detached homes in Seroja Gardens Phase 1 within three hours of its September launch. Phase 1 has an estimated gross development value of RM48.3 million, prices from RM905,888, and Phase 2 is planned for November.

A sell-out reflects the acceptance of one specific project and does not represent the entire Negeri Sembilan housing market. Buyers should still compare location, delivery track record, maintenance costs and affordability.
