The Menteri Besar said a new road linking Kuala Lumpur International Airport to Bandar Enstek, together with upgrades to Jalan Pajam–Nilai–Salak, will support Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 and improve access. The comments followed the Negeri Sembilan MAPEX closing.
The works may improve connectivity for industrial, commercial and residential projects, but buyers should wait for official schedules and actual delivery. Planned infrastructure is not a guarantee of property prices or investment returns.
