The Ministry of Finance said approved investment provides a base for future growth but does not automatically become physical private investment. Its analysis estimates that a 10% rise in approved investment could lift private investment by about 5.2% over six to 18 months.
For property decisions, industrial, logistics and commercial projects should be assessed using construction, power, road and operating evidence rather than approval figures alone.
