MM2H带动逾50亿令吉房产购买 | MM2H Generates Over RM5 Billion in Property Purchases

这些是全国累计数字，申请数量不等于获批数量，也不能直接视为新山本地销售表现。

English According to a report dated 26 September 2026, Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) generated approximately RM8.85 billion in economic value between 1 October 2024 and 31 August 2026, including over RM5 billion in property purchases and around RM3.82 billion in fixed deposits. The programme received 7,650 new applications during the period.

These are cumulative national figures. Applications are not approvals, and the totals should not be treated as Johor Bahru sales data.
