EdgeProp reported that IJM Construction, a wholly owned unit of IJM Corp, accepted a letter of award from AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd for an approximately RM1.23 billion design-and-build project linked to advanced manufacturing in Kulim.

Industrial projects may support demand for factories, logistics and services, but contract value is not a guarantee of nearby property prices or rents. Construction, jobs and actual operations remain important.
