English Reported on 24 September 2026, EcoWorld recorded approximately RM4.05 billion in sales as at 31 August, exceeding its RM4 billion FY2026 target. Including a conditional land transaction of approximately RM1.01 billion signed on 22 September, sales exceeded RM5 billion.
The deal involves Eco Business Park VII in Negeri Sembilan and Tera Data Centers, and remains subject to its conditions. These figures describe company sales, not national or Johor Bahru property transaction totals.
