English Reported on 29 September 2026, an Ayer Holdings subsidiary has signed a conditional agreement to acquire two adjoining freehold parcels in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur, for RM138 million, covering approximately 9.11 acres.
Development plans remain undecided. Potential mixed-use development requires assessment and approvals, and the related-party acquisition requires non-interested shareholders’ approval. Future home types, selling prices and launch dates have not been established.
