马来西亚7月领先指数上升1.1% | Malaysia’s July Leading Index Rises 1.1%

中文 马来西亚统计局于2026年9月25日发布的数据显示，7月领先指数按年上升1.1%，由114.0点增至115.3点。该指标用于观察未来约四至六个月的经济方向。

这属于全国经济指标，不是房价指数，也不能直接当作柔佛或新山的房地产成交表现。

English Data released by DOSM on 25 September 2026 showed Malaysia’s Leading Index rising 1.1% year on year in July, from 114.0 to 115.3 points. The indicator provides a guide to the economic direction approximately four to six months ahead.

This is a national economic indicator, not a house-price index or a measure of property transactions in Johor or Johor Bahru.
