EdgeProp reported that the National Council approved the Fifth National Physical Plan through 2040 and the Third National Urbanisation Policy, covering 203 towns and cities in Peninsular Malaysia and Labuan through 2035.
The policies provide a long-term framework for land use, urban growth and infrastructure coordination. Approval does not mean every project is approved or under construction; buyers and investors should still check local plans, infrastructure schedules and implementation.
