EdgeProp援引国会答复报道，房屋及地方政府部表示，截至8月，全国有1,726个问题私宅项目、199,643个单位及约1,580亿令吉总发展值通过工作队获得重振进展。其中1,542个病困项目已取得完工与合规证书，147个恢复至顺利状态，37个废弃项目通过实体完成或其他安排解决。
这些数字涵盖不同的解决结果，不等于所有项目都已完全交付。买家应逐项目核对工程进度、完工与合规证书、法律状态及交付安排。

EdgeProp, citing a parliamentary reply, reported that the Housing and Local Government Ministry said 1,726 troubled private housing projects involving 199,643 units and about RM158 billion in gross development value had made progress through its revival task force as at August. Of these, 1,542 sick projects had obtained Certificates of Completion and Compliance, 147 had returned to smooth status and 37 abandoned projects had been resolved through physical completion or alternative arrangements.
The figures cover different resolution outcomes and do not mean every project has been fully delivered. Buyers should verify project-specific progress, CCC status, legal position and handover arrangements.
