9月10日公布的2026年上半年房地产市场报告显示，全国在今年1月至6月录得187,320宗房地产交易，总额达1,051.2亿令吉。
住宅占交易量的59.3%，共110,998宗，成交额为471.1亿令吉。住宅仍是全国房地产交易的主要组成部分。

Malaysia recorded 187,320 property transactions worth RM105.12 billion between January and June 2026, according to figures announced on 10 September.
Residential properties accounted for 59.3% of transaction volume, with 110,998 transactions valued at RM47.11 billion.
